Google Assistant has become ingrained in our daily routines. It can be used in almost any situation and is always learning new skills. It can help you organize your tasks, play your favorite music, control your smart home devices, and even answer any strange questions you may have. How to turn off Google Assistant

1. Open the Google app

 Open the Google app on your Android phone (or tablet). Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner and choose Settings. .

2. Tap on your profile image in the top-right corner.

3. Select Settings.

4. Tap Google Assistant.

5. Hit General.

6. Toggle the slider next to Google Assistant, and you’re done

How to turn off ‘Hey, Google’ voice commands

If you don’t want Google to constantly listen for you to say “Hey, Google” or “OK, Google,” there’s a way to disable that feature without completely disabling the service. To learn how to do it, follow the steps below.

  1. Open the Google app.
  2. Tap on your profile image in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Tap Google Assistant.
  5. Select Hey Google & Voice Match.
  6. Toggle Hey Google off.
